These terms cover orders placed on Mastered by Ear, a service run by JG BeatsLab LLC (“we,” “us”), the seller for every order. By placing an order, you agree to them.

The service

We master finished stereo audio files that you share with us through a link. We don’t mix songs, edit arrangements or work on stems.

Your files and your rights

You confirm that you have the right to use the audio you send us. You keep all rights to your song and to the masters we deliver. We claim no ownership of your music.

Delivery

We aim to deliver within the time listed for your package, counted from when we can open your files. If your link doesn’t work, the clock starts once it does. You get a WAV and an MP3 of each song.

Revisions

Each package includes one revision, meaning an adjustment to the master we delivered. A new version of the song is a new order.

What mastering can’t do

Mastering can improve tone, loudness and balance. It can’t fix problems built into a mix or a generation. We don’t promise playlist placement, streaming results or that a song will pass any AI detection.

Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
