One free revision

Every order includes one free revision. If the master isn’t quite right, tell us what to change and we’ll adjust it.

Before work starts

If we haven’t started on your order, you can cancel for a full refund. If mastering can’t help your song, we’ll tell you before we start and refund you in full. If we can’t deliver your order for any reason, you get a full refund.

After delivery

Once your master is delivered, the order isn’t refunded. Your free revision is how we make it right.

How to ask

Email hello@masteredbyear.com and tell us what’s going on. Refunds are issued by JG BeatsLab LLC, the seller for every order, back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
